• Make sure the glasses are not standing too close to each other, it's better for them to have som space. Never turn them upside-down, and never stack them. • Rinse the glasses as soon as possible after use. Don't put them in the dishwasher. The heat and the detergent has a poslishing effect that tends to wear down the glass. • Put a soft cloth in the sink when your're cleaning the glasses to prevent bumping the glasses. • Use warm water and a mild detergent. Wine connoisseurs claim that detergent leaves traces that affect the bouquet. They suggest that you wash the glass with hot water and washing soda. |

• In the event of large stains spin the glass in a mixture of uncooked rice, and hot water with lemon or vinegar. The method also works well for glass, that can be hard to clean, such as vases. For heavy duty spots, try immersing the glass into a bath with a denture cleansing tablet. Monitor the process carefully to avoid damaging the glass. • Small spots are removed most easily by dipping a cloth in vinegar and rubbing. If you'd like your glass to really shine, wash it in a mixture of hot water, some detergent and little bit of ammonium. |
